Audi concert cd error help

Hi I'm new to the forum and have just bought an a4 avant s line (06). When I went to play a cd in the Audi concert single CD player it keeps saying cd error. The radio works fine. Can any one offer advise on how to fix this???

Is it just restricted to the one CD or is it all of them?

It's a single cd not the 6 changer and it's just says cd error but the radio works fine

Only really known it with recorded CDs not pre-recorded ones...depends how they're formatted
