I have been looking for a new stereo for my 2007 a4 convertable . I have seen some android ones . Can any one advise if these are any good or are they an easy install

Hi Paul....welcome to the Forum

I think an upgrade to an Android system is by far the best for functionality and the cheapest option (compare to upgrading to another Audi system) and should be an easy install if you get the correct wiring harness adapters, etc. Try Halfords as they are keen on prices and tend to stock loads of adapters.
