Towbar and electrics for A4 Avant B8

Seen this on eBay. Seems very cheap compared to the likes of Witter. Do you think it would be OK?   http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/182039407986

It does state that it is 'unbranded' but then states that it complies with all the Italian safety standards and it lists the comment below

Be aware that quality is priceless, above all in reference to road safety!

Not sure whether I'd fit it to be honest
