SAT NAV won't initialize after garage repair work

Hi. My audi A4 2015 has just come out of the bodyshop for some respray work. Don't know if the battery was disconnected. The radio still works but the Sat Nav won't initialize.

Any ideas how I can sort this?

Hi David...welcome to the Forum

I would imagine the battery would have been disconnected especially if the car was put in an oven following paintwork.

If the SatNav wasn't removed for any reason during repair, I would be tempted to take it back in and mention it to them...they may not have refitted a power lead or fuse.
