Retrofitting roof rails

I own an Audi a3 sportsback (58 plate). Does anybody know whether I can get some roof rails like in the photo attached fitted to mine? If so, where do I need to look for them and how much will they be to be fitted?

Hello Luke,

I asked a similar question at the end of September. As far as I can see now, you will/may need to drill the roof (and headlining?) to fit them. Of course, I could  be wrong, but if so, I've decided to park the idea until some more information comes along. Still be interested to have some information from someone who has retro fitted them though.
