Help on MMI on 58 plate A5

I can't access the hidden menu to enable the aux input as it doesn't work when you plug in the cable. On car setup menu I can't access the instrument cluster to enable me to change the speed limit warning 2. all of these problems are doing my head in and every video or post I read nothing works! Can anyone help?
