Passenger Air Con Red Hot, can'the adjust :-(

Can some one help me solve my mystery? Purchased a 2008 Audio A and after 3 months my air con is blowing red hot on the passenger side only. 

What would cause this?

Hi Phil....welcome to the Forum

It sounds like it could be a diverter valve on the passenger side not switching over to cold. 

Maybe try switching it over and back several times to see if the valve starts to move, if not then not sure if there is any way to check it without physically inspecting it.

You may be able to control it through a diagnostic platform if it is within the programme settings.
