Parrott ck3100 bluetooth

Hi,

Ive recently bought a audi a3 cabriolet, Im a bit confused as in the pack it says it has a parrot ck3100 bluetooth installed. My phone is saying its connected to a parrot ck3100 when the engine is on, not connected when the engine is off. However, I cant seem to use it, when I ask my phone to use the bluetooth speaker nothing seems to happen? Any ideas? Or does anyone know where the bluetooth device is likely to be installed in the car so I can add the pin etc and see if that works?

Hi Katie

Welcome to the forum, I don't know much about this specific parrot system but I will try my best, Have you tried to update it at all? also have you tried to forget the device and try to reconnect it at all?

Like Brad-B5 says, maybe delete out the settings and start again may initiate the phone pairing.
