Kapil Mistry Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 Hi everyone, I am new both to this forum and Audi. I recently purchased a 2015 SQ5 and wanted to know if anyone had any recommendations for remapping suppliers. On my previous two cars (non Audi) I used DMS Automotive which i was happy with however they are a little on the pricey side. Any suggestions? Many thanks, Kapil
dsc8w Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 HI, just seen your message, could you say what you mean by 'remapping' David from Guildford
Kapil Mistry Posted January 30, 2017 Author Posted January 30, 2017 Sorry, i should have been more specific. I am referring to an ECU remap / tune up, to increase bhp. Thanks, Kapil
Trevor Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 Hi Kapil....welcome to the Forum You could also consider a tuning box - fitted one to my car last month and love it Keep us updated on how you get on with finding someone to tune your Audi. Cheers Trevor
Kapil Mistry Posted November 21, 2017 Author Posted November 21, 2017 Hi, In the end I went with DMS http://www.dmsautomotive.com/ who I have used on my past 2 cars. Thanks for all your advice. Kapil
Rams Posted December 10, 2017 Posted December 10, 2017 Why would you want to increase the BHP? I find there aren't enough opportunities to use what it currently has unless you don't take account of speed limits.

Kapil Mistry Posted December 18, 2017 Author Posted December 18, 2017 Hi Lee, I haven't put it on a rolling road so cant exactly verify it however its meant to be 405 BHP & 555 ft-lb torque. How about yours? Kapil
LeeSQ5plus Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 Yes around the same 400bhp and 550 torque give a take a couple
SQ5_Scott Posted November 5, 2018 Posted November 5, 2018 I've just bought a 2015 SQ5 and I'm considering the DTUK tuning box, these can be installed / removed by yourself at any time, theres loads on info online for them if you search for it, and a lot of people seem to rave about these boxes. 1
Trevor Posted November 5, 2018 Posted November 5, 2018 used a DTUK on my Honda CR-V until just recently....absolutely loved it, not for power increase but improved economy and driveability. 1

Will this not effect the clutch and flywheel or is it perfectly capable of handling this sort of power?

Esskew5 Posted April 3, 2021 Posted April 3, 2021 I’ve a 2016 SQ5 340. Had it dyno’d and stock power was actually just over 360bhp. Had a stage 1 remap done at JFA Maidstone for £500. Came out at 393bph and 801nm torque. Totally different car now. So smooth and fast. Well worth the money
