A6 3.0 TDI allroad

hi brought my car from new and as time went on I noticed that when turning out of a tight full lock turn at slow speed a grinding /shudder / clonking noise from the front wheels

I have put in the dealership 3 times now and the best they have come up with is tyre slip?? and well its 19" wheels ??

has anyone else had any issues like this

hi  it could be although mine is all wheel drive and not sure if this has any thing to do with it
