mawl73 Posted February 26, 2017 Posted February 26, 2017 hello and thanks for the add need some help please I had 2 broken springs on the front, i replaced them with the correct ones from Europarts. but my car is sitting really high on the front end now. ive got 2006 a3 sportback 8pa, 170 bhp sports. the code off the broken spring i RED WHITE VIOLET wondering if the owner before put different springs on ie- s line springs? does anyone have a clue what the above code if for? thanks very much

Guest fubar77 Posted June 21, 2019 Posted June 21, 2019 Red White Violet will be the OEM springs and they will need to be found and fitted to restore the correct ride-height, theres no alternative. if you still have the originals, make a note of their length, the coil diameter and the coil thickness. All that info has to be matched by the new springs, and you might try finding VW Golf TDI (similar year as yours). Try eBay.. Gud Luk
