Audi A3 misfire

Coil packs ok spark plugs ok but one of the plugs is not sparking. Any ideas

try changing the coil pack over to replicate the fault in another cylinder...that will tell you whether it is a faulty coil/plug

Hi Trevor thanks for replying,  I've done all that and they all work ok (coil packs and plugs) I've got power going into the coil pack but no spark from plug. Totally baffled.

Very strange...the only thing I can think of is if you have a defective spark plug that is not delivering a spark under cylinder pressure.....try replacing the one in the cylinder that is not firing
