Sweeping Indicators

Has anyone managed to set your indicators to 'sweeping' mode?

If so, how?

You can buy modules to switch it onto sweeping mode

Think about £300 though and apparently not as good as the Audi method for sweeping

It says compatible with LED lights would this mean If I change my A4 B5 back lights to LED set light then plug this in could it work? (didnt watch a video so dont if its possible :s
