S Line 2010 v 2011 interior seems different

I'm looking at buying an A4 S Line and the two cars I'm most interested in seem to be called the same model and spec but interior looks slightly different. Mostly by gear stick. One is 2010 and other is 2011. Can anyone tell me the differences so I can make an educated decision?

It could be the one below has a higher level MMI fiited hence the different controls for it
