Cold left leg/foot

I have a new 1.4 TFSI Sportback and am getting a constant cold draft on my lower left leg and foot whenever the air con or air blower is on.

I have checked the directional air flow buttons and they are turned off but still cold air is coming.

Anyone have an idea what it could be ?

I got the same problem on one my cars and have to set the temperature to high when heater is switched off just to stop the draught
