Audi 80 drivers door lock (1995)

Hi all,

I am looking for a door lock for my Audi 80 estate 1.9 tdi 1995.

We have had the car since new and would hate to part with her (Annie) but finding it really difficult to get this part, even tried breakers yards in Germany and Poland and as well as UK.

Can anyone offer me any advice?

sorry to hear of your predicament. Well done for keeping the car so long! How many miles are on her? 

Iv had a look on eBay and found these. Don't know if it will be suitable as it's not the same part number

it might be worth seeing if the same style door locks were fitted to passats, golfs, Audi 100 etc from the same era. I hope I'm not telling you how to suck eggs!
