Should the spare wheel be a space saver?

Hi,

just in the process of buying an 08 A4 2.0 TDI SE, and it needs a spare wheel, just to make sure they put the right one in, should it be a space saver, or a matching alloy?

I would say spacesaver. It's very rare to find cars with full sized wheels anymore.

you may find your car may have a tyre inflation kit.

seeing as it's the SE i'm assuming the wheels are smaller than mine. however, a full size alloy for my S Line will not fit in the boot well, the space saver does though, obviously.
