Steve Q Posted May 25, 2017 Posted May 25, 2017 As the title says really. An apprentice has committed suicide after alleged ongoing bullying at Reading Audi. Here is the article. And the alleged bullying was appalling! http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2017/05/24/teenage-audi-mechanic-committed-suicide-colleagues-set-fire/ The question you have to ask your self is if this behaviour is common place then how is this going to affect the quality of the work being carried out on customers cars?! Id love to see their vehicle return rate figures due to incorrect or inadequate work being carried out! Sorry for the rant but I felt it had to be shared with fellow members.
rbdazza Posted May 26, 2017 Posted May 26, 2017 awful reading that. i remember doing my work experience at a Peugeot dealer. the biggest things i remember were being chucked into an empty skip and being hosed down with what could only be described as a firemans hose! they then offered me a stint in the spray booth to dry off, jesus that was awful!!
rbdazza Posted May 26, 2017 Posted May 26, 2017 edited slightly, need to be careful with the wording we use on here
