Wing Mirrors Upgrade to electric

Is it possible tu buy and upgrade mirrors to electric foldable one, Is it possible ?

I know I would have to replace door console, but is this would be automaticaly enable in MMI ?  ... or I can only keep dreaming ?

I believe there is a need to programme it all in afterwards...there are quite a few threads in this forum about folding mirrors....give it a search as I'm sure someone did mention about the programming
