Help please I need new brakes but what?

Audi A6 3.0TDI S Line Le Mans 

I am going back to the Nurburgring soon and I need new brake pads if not a new brake system. Anyone upgraded them? What's best for brake fade and if I get ceramic will it fry the brake system completely

I've always used GreenStuff in the past although braking effort is severely reduced when the pads are cold.
