MMI got black screen

Hi I parked my Audi up on Friday night all was fine went to go shopping today and mmi not turning on or buttons lighting up but lighter bit working and all heating controls so confused any one had this happen on one of the newer models keep finding stuff for older models but not newer ones any help appreciated xx

may need a battery reset to clear the system and reboot it....may work then?
