Hi

i have a 1999 Audi A4 2.8 Quattro and the air bag light has been on now for almost a year now and the MOT is coming up soon and i would like to get this issue resolved before it.

Can anyone help? Thanks:wink1:

Get it plugged in to a diagnostics and delete the fault, it may not come back

If does then needs to be investigated depending on the fault code

Welcome to the forum jacques,

You'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :)

i have to agree with Piotr, your best getting it plugged in a diagnostic machine.

But to be fair it could as simple as a loose wire found under the passenger seat.

cheers

Cool. Sometimes faults are intermitent caused by low voltage or anything else that upsets car electronics
