A3 reverse lights

Hey guys, new member here, I have an Audi A3 2010 sportback, it's throwing up a fault saying neither of my reverse lights are working, which they are, I've had it scanned, I can't remember the exact code but it said something about a loose connection, anyone else had this problem or could help as to what it could be? Cheers in advance

It could be connectors that need cleaning up . 

Also have you had the car long ? Are they standard bulbs or led ?

I've had the car since September last year, I've changed the bulbs numerous times, they're just the standard Ines nothing fancy, I could always try an auto electrician but I'm not sure how much it would start costing to try find the problem

My a6 suffered with rear light cluster issues. Bought some contact cleaner and cleaned up connectors
