A8 oversize pistons

Does anyone know where to obtain OEM 0.5 mm oversize pistons for an A8? My local Audi dealership days they only supply parts as factory fitted.

Does not look like off the shelf OS Pistons and or Rings are available-

Custom or race may be your best option or to buy a donor car with good engine.
