Diggy98 Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 Hello guys, I have a problem with my a4: the oil sensor error. I have already checked the wiring, everything seems ok down there. If I pull fuse number 15 and put it back, the cluster resets and it works fine (OK message) for a few times I turn on the ignition. Then the error shows up again. Does someone know where the problem could be?
Steve Q Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 If you've checked the wiring and fuses then the last possible culprit is the sensor. This wouldn't surprise me to be honest. Cheers Steve
Dan3222 Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 I have read a few times that VAG cars have reoccurring faults with these sensors in particular. For how much it costs it's a peace of mind thing for me.
