Bigdave
So... Since I've owned the car it's had a creaky noise working the steering, only really noticeable when manoeuvring and shows up turning the wheel either way. I hear it's a common issue (Google) but no-one seems to say what it is and how to fix it. Has anyone any experience of the fault and it's remedy? Steve Q
Hey Dave, im wondering if this is suspension related? Or suspension arms or bushes? In failing that do you know if your power steering is electronic or hydraulic? Cheers steve
Dan3222
Most probably the strut tops making that sort of noise. One of my vehicles does it but it actually doesn't bother me.
Bigdave
I wondered that but the noise sounds lower down, but worth me checking 👍🏻 The steering is electric, could well be something to do with that.. From Google people have had the cars looked over in garages and still not found these issues
