Tyre pressure?

Was wondering what pressure I need in my tyres got 18inch alloys and this is diagram but its so confusing dont understand it could some help what should front be and what rear mostly travelling with wife and son so nothing heavy etc

What tyres have you have ? Spec is written on the sidewall of each tyre
