1.9 tdi 30mm lowering

Hi all, Has anyone here lowered their stock a3 1.9tdi by 30mm? 

I've just fitted a nice refurbished set of 18" sline alloys, fitted with 205/40/18 tyres 

And just bought a set of 30mm lowering springs to fit on my car, just so the car sits a little nicer, just wondered if anyone on here had done similar and did the car look and drive ok?

Can't really help you in terms of experience, but I have the same wheels on my 2.0tdi and I'm thinking a nice 35-40mm drop would look the dogs danglies! 

Wouldn't go any lower than 40mm, even then its a bit on the low side for daily use for me. 

Have you got a picture of your 205s fitted? I just got my wheels and was thinking of adding some stretch
