Volume-audi Posted October 29, 2017 Posted October 29, 2017 Hello guys, this will be my first post so be nice! I recently crashed my Audi destroying the radiator and from bumper as far as I'm aware. I have managed to order a new radiator and now she's fixed but I can't seem to figure out what sensor this is and what's it for? Any help would be appreciated. David. Lightsout79 Posted October 29, 2017 Posted October 29, 2017 My guess is something to do with the airbags ? Did the airbags go ?
Volume-audi Posted October 29, 2017 Author Posted October 29, 2017 Thank you for the reply. No the airbags didn't go off at. Thinking about it, that's rather weird.
Lightsout79 Posted October 29, 2017 Posted October 29, 2017 That is a bit strange but I guess it depends on how hard the crash was, are there any lights on the dash now that weren't there before ? Or when you push in the switch do any lights appear ?
Volume-audi Posted October 29, 2017 Author Posted October 29, 2017 I was going about 40 so I would of thought it would of tbh. Nope no lights on what so ever that's why I'm very confused
Lightsout79 Posted October 29, 2017 Posted October 29, 2017 Yeah I would have thought at that speed the airbags would have popped , you know any guys down your local Audi garage you could ask or maybe a autobody repair shop ?
