big al 83 Posted November 8, 2017 Posted November 8, 2017 I assume my a3 tdi quattro has a Haldex coupling, if so, do I need to do a oil change ( no sign of it being done in the service record and the car is on 83000 miles) Also, does the Haldex have a oil filter? Cheers folks.
big al 83 Posted November 10, 2017 Author Posted November 10, 2017 Well, I've just been told by my local Audi dealer that my car doesn't have a haldex filter. !!!! I thought all haldex couplings had filters. 馃樀
GARAGE HERMIT Posted December 1, 2017 Posted December 1, 2017 i would think all haldex unit's have a filter, anywhere you have oil, you need a filter, buy a manual for your car, it will tell you,
big al 83 Posted December 2, 2017 Author Posted December 2, 2017 No one does a manual for the quattro. Also the diff. and gearbox have oil but no filter. It's all sorted now fresh oil and filter.
