Hi Paul

Glad to see you are succeeding with the bumper

The part you highlighted is called and  expanding nut Part No 431 807 300 D

There are 2 lengths of screw both M6 thread  17 mm long N90817002 &12 mm long N90767602

Hope this helps

Cheers Graham, i managed to get all the right parts, the expanding nuts only came in a bag of 10 which cost me £9 had to do a 40 mile round trip to audi in Newbury cos they would not post them lol

i`ll be sourcing a front bumper any colour will do i`ll just have it resprayed, i may hold you to the offer of help when i finally get one lol

Just an update after such a lot of bumper hassles i decided to claim on my insurance so at the moment my car is in the bodyshop in Newbury which is handy as Audi are also there.

i have been told its a 2 week turn around which i`m hoping it wont be, out of this i get a new bumper, underbelly pan and a keyed rear panel and rear passenger scratch sorted

down side is they left me a fiat 500 to use its not moved since it arrived lol
