MMI ISSUES

The MMI interface has completely died on my Q5, it is late 2012 so the 2012-2016 model. Black edition so Rear camera, b&o sound etc. I’ve tried 3 button reset but not worked. It does occasionally power the screen on for a couple of seconds but then dies again. Originally happed in wet weather & I had been using the front & rear washer fluid. 

Any ideas most appreciated
