  1. Is John's experience an example of why some owners are questioning if they should indeed bother with these recalls? I appreciate that we generally hear the bad news before any good news, and I just wonder if any viewers of this forum have any positive views following these recalls. It would be interesting to have a sort of poll for and against. One question:- if the owner complains of a lowering of performance and economy, can they have the settings returned to original, and if the answer to this is no, can the vehicle be rejected on the basis that it would not have been purchased if its current performance was known? Kind regards, Gareth.

  2. Hi Guys, Just to let you know, the tyre pressures now are the same as before on the old tyres, exactly what it states on the inside door panel the pressures should be. I thought the alignment could be the problem as you say Trevor but no wheel alignment was done (to my knowledge) when the new tyres were put on and the problem was still solved so definitely a strange one but Im just glad its fixed :) Thanks!

  3. If I was 27 again and not 67 and it was 1977 again it would be my first choice! I had a mini then in metallic yellow/green. Very cool till Mr. Bean got one!

  4. the problem occurred with the original head , but this did have the afterfit bluetooth and audio kit to play iPod through the 6cd changer screen (although none fitted) and continues with the new head and the bluetooth and audio removed. i will look to find the ElsaWin, though when i had a quick look earlier it was win based (no surprise with the name) and I am totally IOS/OS at home :(
