  3. i'm pretty sure that it will need to go through a successful regen to stop getting the warning light. regardless of whether you have had it cleaned. the better option over cleaning would have beena forced regen. the reason being that the ECU is not that smart; it will say there is a problem (give you the DPF/glow plug light) when it is blocking (back pressure is high) BUT it's usual regen cycle is based on miles traveled, not on how blocked the thing is. my advice would be to make sure you have over half a tank and give it a good 50 mile blast up the motorway in 5th. try and make sure theres some hills on the motorway so you can get the engine nice and hot

  7. I used to own an MG Rover garage a few years ago and love my Rovers (but don't tell too many people!) My favourite one was a 200 'BRM' and is still in the list in my 'ten car garage' . Also used to own a 200 'Tomcat' Turbo which I modded....went like **** off a shovel. The ZR sounds like a great fun car

  8. Thanks Trevor, the spare is one of the space masters but I've recently found out you need to inflate it to 51PSI to get the proper shape! I've now managed to get this sorted ok and I'm up and running. Thank you again for replying. J

  10. Cardiff Audi had one in their showroom, whilst I decided between Daytona Grey, Nano Grey or Monsoon Grey (a thrilling decision) I asked the Sales Chap if he'd sold many, to which he replied rather positively! Enjoy it, I think it looks great on an A3, best swerved for larger Audi models for fear of being confused for a New York Taxi!

  14. My daughter had the emissions update on her Audi A3 tdi 2010 and 2weeks later the car as gone into limp mode, we have taken it into our local garage and they put it on the computer and it has come up with egr problem ie needs new EGR VALVE now from reading about this there seems to be a lot of cars having same problems after update, but audi are saying it's just coincidence, well I'm not so sure. £480 at my local garage so it's there now being done.

  16. I've had several cars in very similar colours - but this was back in the 1990s. Judging from the photo it looks great, and if it works for you...enjoy. Phil
