Hi a blowtorch or if you don't fancy that Halfords do a freeze spray that works quite well, just clean the end of the bolt with a wire brush as that allows the penetrating oil to get into the thread, my preferred combination is Plusgas and the Turbo sockets that you tap on they have a sort of spiral grip system that bites into the nut and won't let go, sometimes they destroy the nut but thats ok if you have replacements. This is not a DIY job as you need a four poster ramp and a hydraulic gearbox cradle to take the weight of the engine, the mounts are available from Carparts in motion on eBay for about a third of what AUDI want for just one you can buy the pair and if you phone them they will tell you which listing to buy, my units have done 15k since fitting all fine and dandy, as you can see the dry one on the right is beginning to delaminate and the left had no oil.
