  1. If most are in town then I think you'd be better with petrol to be honest. Regardless of engine make sure the gearbox has been serviced on time and that the tyres match/say tread as uneven tyre wear can damage the quattro system.

  3. Hi guys Just an update Since I got back to the UK, the French garage has lost all interest in communicating with me despite me getting emails translated do I'm giving up on them. I've hired a Ranger and a trailer and I'm off to pick the car up tonight. I'll fight my case with the car on my doorstep, at least I can see it. I'll be in touch. Lyndon.

  4. The question what s, how many miles do you do a year and what kind of miles. If it's low miles mainly around town then avoid diesel as you'll just end up with blocked egr or dpfs.

  6. Hi sorry I can't help you with the plug positions normally they only fit one way into each plug port when you said you had already fitted the compressor I assumed you had marked each plug position with Tipex or similar I.E. mark one plug from the connector to the old unit as 1 then 11 for two then 111 for three etc, as for the relay they normally have numbers on top alternatively watch which one the guy pulled in the video, 2nd from left 3rd from left. Steve.
