  1. In line with other forums, may I be allowed to mark the passing of our Queen, and offer condolences, as we would with any other family who have just lost a loved one. Having experienced my childhood before the start of her reign, and lived and worked throughout it, I firmly believe that we have enjoyed the best decades so far. With all the bad news surrounding the immediate future, let’s hope that things will turn out to be not as bad as forecast, yet perhaps we should respect that we cannot continue to take tomorrow for granted. Kind regards, Gareth.

  2. Yes today was wheels day 🙂 When I got the car I could see the wheels were all wrong. They were 255/40/19 and just made the car look wrong. Rubbed on the arches when 4 up or over bumpe, stuck out too far ( no spacers ) and well, just wrong. Dont get me wrong, on the right car they may look brilliant but just not mine. So found a set of Le Mans 235/40/18 on Gumtree and were recently refurbished and decent tyres. So struck and deal and they came from scotland today. Bonus. 5 so I have a full size spare 🙂They arrived in perfect condition as he wrapped them so well All unwrapped Little and large Put 5mm spacers on the back just to bring them out ever so slightly all done and I think they look great. Ride is perfect and no rubbing ! In time I may look to lower the car maybe by 10/20mm with different suspension but right now I am just enjoying them .

  3. Hi All, For those who replied to my post a few weeks ago and anybody else who may have similar problems. Unfortunately I never got to speak to the guy who fixed my car but the diagnostic check picked up near side rear issue, this is where I mentioned the corroded deposit came from. ABS sensor replaced on that corner has resolved the issue. Bit of a coincidence I'm thinking but all good now.

  4. Cheers Steve, I’ve got an OBD2 plug so I’ll have a scan to see if anything comes up. Thanks again.

  5. Preventative maintenance is always good. Especially on the s tronic box. When the oil degrades the gearbox can struggle to select gears.
