  1. Hi guys, I am new to this site as I recently purchased my 2003 B6 A4 1.9tdi and she has 170,000 miles on the clock so an you can imagine fairly riddled with issues. I am a qualified mechanic but with only a year or so garage experience and finding these cars fairly complicated to work on. Guess that the beauty of these Audi's haha. I would love to meet some other locals around Bristol with these models/engines so that we might be able to share some in site on them and would love to meet some one with a VAG-COM would I would be more than willing to pay to scan my car for me as I am currently experiencing electronic issues and somthing that I am not so confident with. I am fairly capable when it comes to mechanical fix's and would be more than willing to trade time with any one that can help me out or money if they would rather! I hope to make some friends on here as my current friends have little to know car knowledge and I find my self relying on Google far to much. Cheers Ronan

  3. Hello Matt, Yes, of course - you are certainly welcome to advertise your car on the forum. Just provide a fullest of descriptions of the car that you can, and ideally some photographs. Also post the price you want for it. Do not include any phone or e Mail contact details since this is an open forum. Interested buyers will be able to contact you via. a PM. Good luck and kind regards, Gareth.

  4. Hello whoever-you-are. You set this forum an impossible task by not even outlining the minimum of detail - not even your name! Could you start again, by including your name, location, vehicle details inc. engine size petrol/diesel, mileage, history of service, when it was last serviced, whether any advisories on MOT etc. etc. I’m sure someone will then be able to help you, once you’ve helped us to help you. Perhaps you would also be kind enough to have a look at the forum rules. Kind regards, Gareth.

  6. Glad you have seen an improvement. I passed that little gem forward from @Stevey Y The next thing I was going to suggest was giving the MAF sensor a clean with the stuff from Liquid Moly. This too made a huge difference to my previous car, when I had nothing to go on from the scan. I'd also recommend using Archoil fuel additive.
