    You'll find the steering wheel buttons were often the same regardless of sat Nov was spec'd or not. You're better off just using Google maps or Waze on your phone if I'm honest.

  5. Thank you Gareth... appreciate the quick response...my last car, a VW stayed on for an hour which was fine...but things have move on tremendously since that was manufactured. I certainly wasn't aware how common this feature is. Many thanks.

    I personally wouldn't bother. Audi sat nav is cr4p. I have sat nav in my A6 but prefer to use my Tom Tom.
