  1. As the title says, I've found this website which should help c7 owners find their fuseboxes and what each fuse is for. http://knigaproavto.ru/shemy/en/audi/a6/28-audi-a6-c7-2012-fuse-box-diagram.html Hope it's useful :) Cheers Steve

  2. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Most common issues are the suspension airbags leaking or the compressor failing. If you can here the compressor running continually it is often a sign of a leak. I also believe the relay for the compressor can also fail.

  3. John. I have just remembered the starting problem you mentioned initially. It would be worth getting that properly diagnosed before investing a lot of money in the gearbox in case that also leads to a hefty bill.

  4. Thank you for answering. It is an automatic. Yes that’s what I was dreading, which sucks because I haven’t even put 1000 miles on it yet. Buyer be wary right? I could not return it, I already put a healthy down payment on it I would lose, my monthly payments are not bad, I’ll keep it and fix it within the next few weeks I’m guessing. Could it possibly be just dirty or old DSG fluid?

  5. One of the clutches has worn out, which means the other is likely to be little better, therefore the whole gearbox needs an overhaul. That's going to hurt the wallet. Any chance of returning the car for a refund from the seller?
