Hey, one injector seal has failed and caused the following: Hot gases escaped through the injector and damaged the plastic manifold and its gaskets which lead to this carbon ‘build up/splatter’ Injector seal replaced with plastic manifold and that was that. It is a pig to remove the hard mass so just left it there as it doesn’t really do anything - just looks unsightly. Hope this helps.2 points
