Have a little patience We are a club made up of members who have to work days or nights so can’t always reply straight away, someone will get back to you as soon as they can, so please be bear with us. Thread titles Be accurate with your topic by giving a brief sentence of the problem, hint or tip you would like to get across to other members. These are not concrete terms with precise definitions — avoid even the appearance of any of these things. If you’re unsure, ask yourself whether you'd go on TV and publicly say it on camera. This is a public forum, and search engines index these discussions. Keep the language, links, and images safe for family and friends. Follow Up Please find the time to follow up your post with a conclusion (such as; that worked, tried that but didn't work, etc) so contributing members can see whether their advice and suggestions worked in this instance. 2. Well, we finally found out what it was Guess what Faulty sensor it was, crankshaft position sensor rusted, held up just until you warmed it up and after reusing the car since then, worsenned even further We also suspect oil pressure warning to be the sensor too, and seeing how it's just next to the crankshaft one, no detective work needed to figure it out, they both rusted, which is angering how it could happen but whatever, case closed at least At this point, when it's German or recent, check if the sensor is doing its work before doing anything else. Yea it was crankshaft sensor being done,

  3. Hi you will be fine, they won't do that again, believe me once properly fitted it will be bullet proof like the ones on my A6 I use it as a cab and because I am pre-booked only they come over and yank the handles like crazy to get in which is no good when the doors are all locked from the inside, 155,000 miles and numerous attempts for unauthorised entry I have not lost a handle yet, no booking, no ride. Steve.

  4. Hi Gareth Thanks for your reply. These photos were taken a few years ago, I do not have any up to date ones as the car is currently with the Audi dealership. The minimum we would accept would be £2000. Kind regards Lisa

  6. Your friend is correct. Start stop is quite intelligent, if the system thinks there a chance the car won't turn back on if it were to stop due to battery strength then it won't run the risk of turning off.
