Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 Have a search using the search bar. Alternatively check out the b8 section. With any faulty AC I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Or get a ac specialist to check the system for leaks and pressure.1 point

Oh dear, not seen that before. Do all the dials work, indicator lights on the dash and any warning buzzers like seatbelt warning etc still work? I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up1 point

I'd say save and get the right parts. I know how it feels wanting it finished. I'm starting to prep for my rebuild but itl take me a while as I'm not wanting to compromise on quality.1 point

This 1996 Audi A6 2.6 is owned by fellow member Sam1977 who lives in Gibraltar and who has kindly allowed me to share the image on this topic. He is the second owner and the car has covered 250,000kms!
