  1. Hello Audi owner club. This is my first posting and last of 2023. Look forward to contacting you all again in 2024 I have a 2003 Audi RS6 Avant with a bit of an engine knock believe to be bottom end (but not sure). is there anyone in or around Coventry (CV4) that would advise and hopefully help me sort out, as I’d love to get this beast back on the road and use it for what it was designed to do, drive it like I stole it. Happy New Year to everyone in the Club and hear from you in 2024

  2. Youngster Kev! Bless you. I too hope 2024 is kind to you, and although I’m grateful for 2023, it’s taken its opportunity to be not as good as it could have been, but hey, I’m old and passed my sell by date. Still….onward and upward. We all have to take what 2024 brings, but let’s hope it will be kinder. I feel it will be. You take care Kev. Kind regards, Gareth.

  4. Cracked it! Stupidly I was overlooking the fact that multiple modules were reporting 0 volts at terminal 15 when the ingnition was switched ON (which is pretty obvious if I looked at the VCDS logs properly). Terminal 15 relay 2 (under the steering column dash panel) must’ve got stuck which was preventing it from closing and giving ingnition power. I removed and tested the relay on the bench and it worked 100 times out of 100. I will order a new one so that I have a spare on hand. Moral of the story, read the damn VCDS logs fully!!! Hopefully this helps someone else out in future!

  8. Hi its pretty simple the adblue cap is the one with the 19mm nut on the top there is also a sticker on the fuel cover that shows you which is which, I use my breaker bar with an extension connected to a 19mm socket it works well, just remember to wash the cap in clean warm water before replacing it. Steve.
