Hi if both items have been on the car since new it might be worth changing both for Bosch units, O.E. on average most oxygen sensors and MAFs only last about 80k or three years and gradually go what's known as blind the o2 sensor especially, the MAF heats up and measures how long it takes to cool giving a raw value of the speed and ambient air temperature coming in, the 02 sensor does exactly the same thing but because of the precious metal coating inside it only measures the oxygen level in the exhaust gas stream, both are easy to change but will need re adaption to learn new values.   8. From the lok.of it Yiu need to replace the maf sensor. Is it running rough?
