OK, once you register the car in your name then it’s yours - even if the car turns out not to have any, or FSH.
I guess you are assured by the seller that ‘the service history is there will the dealer’. If so, why cannot the seller obtain evidence of that?
In addition, I’ve not failed to get service computerised information from main dealers for a vehicle that I’m interested in buying, even though I had not bought it at that stage.
GDPR:- The main dealer will understandably not release details of the previous owners names and addresses, but should be able to confirm what services it’s had at what mileages and dates.

p.s. You may be getting the cambelt and water pump renewed (with aftermarket parts) even if it might previously been replaced using Audi parts. Still…..
