  1. Correct. I checked the outer cable to look for any damage and none evident but you've advised to under the outer cable and check the individual cables which I will do at the weekend. I have removed the cover panels and I have replaced all the working components without success. When I unclip the lead and then reclip the lead I can hear a motor power up. So you are sugestsing that if one lead is fractured that may be the issue. So on Sunday I will uncoil the cover and check every single lead in the hoping of find the fault 🙂

  2. Bless ya. What 4x4 you looking at? Might be worth doing a for sake post on the for sale section. Make sure you put a price and location. What else still needs doing?

  5. Hi its doable but you will have to buy a new rear bumper, lower bumper trim and lose the existing rear box for the exhaust, all big money items the bumper skin itself is over £500 without the lower trim and new fixing brackets, can't see why you want to change it when you can't see it while you are driving and I am sure the driver of the car behind wont care either. 6. Hi no they dont go intermittent, if the bulb goes pink its the bulb, any sort of flashing or going on and off is the ballast unit which is separate from the bulb on D3s bulbs, my daughters lights went this summer so I replaced both bulbs and ballast units which is best practice, the oem ballasts are available on eBay for not much money. Steve.
