Hi I think its a bit harsh to condemn the car out of hand, everything has a value and leather can always be re-dyed and paint can be refinished if the basic structure is still good and the mechanicals are in order what's the problem, someone will love it, if it wasn't for these people we would be devoid of anything to gaze at when you visit classic car shows. Steve.

  4. Agreed Cliff. Car now home and happy. Not charged for water pump but incomplete paperwork too - no printed Audi service record or Health Check sheets and not record not online (yet) either. Friday night pick ups are a nightmare as various owners pick up and it’s pass the remote card reader around. I will go back to the dealer next week to ask for what’s been done and the complete paperwork.

  6. Well got the car back the dealership say they cannot fix it also tried 2 new cars one works one doesn’t. They did a technical update to sort Mmi which works and booked me in for a week in December with a hire car. When I got home and put key user in etc mirrors now heat up fine. Still going in for stalling or just cutting out my partner has the same issue and she is in a long term hire car for that.

  7. Finally getting some traction on this, usual excuses of IT issues with Phone/Email car is being booked in for investigation, they also have the missing SD Card for the SatNav so can get that sorted too...
