Hi and Welcome to the club Sounds like the glow plugs are not getting hot enough, does it run uk when it starts? I would like to say the smoke could be normal but is it white or grey smoke? If you lft it for 1 hour does it start ok and does it belch smoke after one hour?

Hi Welcome to the Audi Owners Club Sounds like the window gets trapped which will make the window wind down. Sounds like it has an obstruction when it winds itself up.

1.8 T FSI has a chain i believe In you service manual it should give you frequency of changing a belt, as chains dont need changing then it may not be in the book

The transponder is in the key and that will need to be programmed to the car. If you don't have the master key then you cannot replicate any more keys.

Garmin are good mate.. been happy with mine. Drove around 3rd of the world on one and even when maps were not supported (Russia and Kazakhstan) gave me the main roads

as far as I know it's just got higher octane, that would give better figures as it burns better
