  2. Hi and welcome to the club I think these will not work, the leveling will not adjust to suit uk roads (i think) Plus they will fail the MOT as they are not CE marked :(
  3. Hi It could be the thermostat is stuck open, so the radiator is pusshing cooler water through. The thermostat will regulate it so that the water is hot but no where near boiling point. If it needs bleeding then you would hear gurgling.. probably a lot of gurgling.
  4. pretty sure its chain as they tend to rattle slightly when on start up
  5. Hi and welcome to the Audi Owners Club It could be a number of things such as Strut mount, Bushes, Worn ball joint. Sometimes can get a lot of wear if the car gets mounted on kerbs a lot. It is going to need to be looked at although it may not be dangerous, quite suprising how much you can give a suspension before it gives in. But the problem can get wrse and cost more later on.
  6. might be a good diea to post a picture up if you can. Click "reply" and below the box is a button called "more reply options" click that and you will have the ability to attach a image. Will help with the sale .

  10. Hi mate I don't blame you for trying to exchange it for a head unit. Not 100% sure on the Alpine unit with the current B&O set up. Have you consulted a local audio centre?
  11. I know the feeling... I got caught on a hill that lead in to a main road.. hair raising moment

  20. Welcome to the Audi Owners Club!
  21. Engine output is much higher with the TDI. You would get better MPGs too. Earlier TD cars had the turbo installed for cleaning exhaust emissions.
  22. are you looking to get them from your dealer? Side blade listing on ebay for £97 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Audi-A5-S5-Side-Skirts-Side-Blades-S-Line-S5-Coupe-Convertible-Sportback-GB-/281012001302?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item416d9eda16
  23. hmmm if it made a ratteling noise then it would be broken, if it is broken then your engine is broken. Belts dont make a ratteling noise and timing chains dont need replacing. Which model do you have?
  24. Hi and welcome to the club I always found the spport under the leg was lacking. If you are tall then you can find it a bit unsupportive, but youget used to the seats I found the back of the seat to be ok.
